Some
Polytechnic students are protesting at the moment and asking Government to open
their schools closed down since last year.
The polytechnic lecturers under the
auspices of ASUUP have been on strike even before ASUU went on strike and they
are saddened that the Federal Government have been receptive to ASUU than
ASUUP.
The
students therefore are demanding that government should swiftly attend to the
demands of their lecturers so that the Polytechnics closed down for more than 4
months can re-open.
The
students took a breather at Maryland after matching from Anthony through LASU.
