MH370; HOW NOT TO MANAGE PEOPLE'S HOPE

The news is stale now about the death of the passengers on MH370 plane but the manner at which information keep contradicting itself is alarming.
The families of the deceased are furious and admittedly so. The authorities in Malaysia are almost incompetent to say the least. Their body language seems lazy and are in the back seat for the search of the remaining body parts of the plane for proper investigation.

At a point during the investigation, the Malaysian Aviation Minister was quick to point out that even the Air France 449 crash of 2009 was not discovered until after two years as if it was normal to have a plane disappear for two weeks in this modern era of technological advancement. He would rather we all relax and allow them run at the slow pace but with the aid from countries like Australia, France and USA, we know that the job can be done in little or no time.

So what could be the hurdles standing against the quick resolution of the MH370 crash? Incompetence and possible cover ups. Many people have Intel on the possibilities that the plane was under a terrorist grip when it crashed but the authorities are seriously debunking these claims. How can you debunk a claim without proper investigation? And how do you investigate what is in part? Don't we need to have all the body parts and the black box properly analysed before coming to that decision.

Mr Danby, a Federal lawmaker in Melbourne Ports had this to say, "We have not seen the Malaysian government demonstrating the leadership required following the disappearance of flight MH370. It is seen, as The Australian editorial noted today, as 'chaotic and confused'. The effects of what the New York Times described as the dysfunctional leadership in Malaysia have been made clear to the rest of the world by the poor investigation of the missing flight, which has been marked by suppression of information, obfuscation and contradiction."

I see a lot of incompetence in this present administration and as a result they are causing a lot of emotional stress for the families and loved ones of the dead passengers. Are they all dead? I am still of the belief that somehow somewhere some passengers are alive and on a tiny island. I know that is crazy but it is as crazy as having these incompetent interlopers run agencies as important and delicate as the Aviation Industry. I hope soon we can have a concise and conclusive result of what really went down in Malaysian Flight MH370 for the sake of the grieving families and sad watching audiences like myself. Humanity demands it.
